Label de Chimie Théorique

The label courses are open to M2 students, PhD students and postdocs from the universities in the Paris/Nord region.

Some prerequisites from the Licence and M1 courses are essential to follow the label courses: quantum mechanics, chemical bonding, physical chemistry.

Documented attendance is required to obtain the label diploma.

If the label courses are part of an M2 module, a local exam will be organized after the label. To register, contact the head of your M2 module.

There is no registration fee.

A grant may be applied for and will be awarded for student of Nord region and based on availability.

Planning (two weeks)

from the 26^th of January to the 6^d of February 2025

Course/Practical classe : Morning : 9 h – 12 h ; Afternoon : 14 h – 17 h

Two training tracks (mainly the second week):

• Advanced Electronic Structure and Quantum Dynamics (SEDQA)
• Multiscale Modeling (MME)

Lecture rooms:

• Chimie ParisTech (ENSCP), 11-13 rue Pierre et Marie Curie
• Université Paris-Cité, site des « Grands Moulins »
• Université Paris-Saclays : IDRIS + ICP (1 lesson)
